Education & Prevention
At Eli Mayes Dental we focus on our patients’ health, educating them on their oral health needs, and how they can be more confident about their beautiful smiles. Our dentists believe prevention and early detection are the key to overall long term health. As part of our comprehensive yearly exams we perform digital X-rays, periodontal probing, and oral cancer screenings to help identify dental issues as early as possible.
Safety First
We make safety and infection control a top priority. We follow the American Dental Association (ADA) recommendations on sterilization and cross contamination, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC). Our dental practice is also environmentally conscientious. We have installed special metal collection traps to help ensure safe disposal of metal removed from our patients mouths.
Training & Expertise
Our entire team has extensive dental experience. To augment this experience, all dental team members at Eli Mayes Dental regularly attend continuing education classes, seminars, conventions and meetings within dental professional organizations. We have members of the ODA (Oregon Dental Association, EODS (Eastern Oregon Dental Society), AGD (Academy of General Dentistry), ADAA (American Dental Assistants Association), American College of Dentists, International College of Dentists, Pierre Fauchard Academy.
